Salvatore De Riso is unquestionably the finest pastry chef in Italy producing cakes and desserts that will have you drooling. He is a celebrity chef with his own TV shows and magazine columns to spread the word of his culinary creations. Luckily for us he is based on the Amalfi Coast and is happy to create customised wedding cakes and desserts for our couples.
He insists on using well sourced local products and his fruit based cakes and desserts are phenominal. His Lemon Delight for example is without question the finest dessert we have ever tasted.
