Burgundy Venues
With the wealth that has derived from wine, the chateaux in Burgundy are usually well restored and maintained. Many are private wine producing estates whilst others are now luxury hotels. Northern Burgundy tends to have larger chateaux in rural locations whilst southern Burgundy has more intimate properties with more dramatic views. The weather is also slightly better the further south you go.
