Every so often to come across a supplier who is truly unique, one of a kind and offers a service that no other person could ever do, usually because of the strength of their personality. Dario’s family has owned a butchers shop in a tiny Tuscan hill town for centuries and he could have kept quiet as his ancestors did about the amazing work they did. Dario decided to tell the world about his meat and since then the world has come knocking at his door.

His dedication to quality verges on the obsessional, his ability to communicate with all peoples in all languages is extraordinary and he is also a very nice person. His signature cut of bistecca is legendary or do you fancy a whole lamb spit roasted or a wild boar or the whole hog? His starters are geniously  named (Steak tartare is Sushi del Chianti for example). It all adds up to the best BBQ you could ever imagine and the perfect Italian starter for a three day wedding event.
