Located at the head of a rocky gorge which gives protection against the mistral, this is probably the best known hotel in Provence. Its 30 rooms are of sheer luxury and its restaurant boasts 2 michelin stars. Receptions can be held here for up to 70 guests and exclusive use is a possibility if you make your arrangements well in advance.
