Orta
Orta is one of the smaller lakes and has far fewer tourists than the larger lakes of Como and Maggiore. This gives it a unique feeling of calm and exclusivity and is an ideal location for a small wedding or a private party. The Town Hall in Orta is directly on the lakefront and offers beautiful views of the island's monastery.
The lake is about an hour from Milan Malpensa airport.
