Hacienda Minervois
The spanish word Hacienda means a building where olives were pressed and the oil stored. Minervios is a probably the best restored and most authentically rural spanish of the haciendas that we have found. It is a venue with a long history and has soul and charm in abudence. The owner is extremely willing to please and loves doing weddings.
It can accommodate up to 60 people and up to 100 guests can enjoy an event here. It has a beautiful courtyard and many terraces on which to enjoy the dramatic rural countryside. It has just opened for business following a ten year restoration and has a very talened chef for your wedding reception.
