Vignamaggio
You will be easily forgiven for imagining you are walking onto a magical film set as you enter the grounds of this wine estate, as the amazing pink villa was indeed used for the set of Kenneth Brannagh's film of 'Much Ado About Nothing'. The villa is also famous as the birthplace of Lisa Gheradini who is widely belived to be the 'Mona Lisa' painted by Leonardo. Indeed the villa's signature wine is named after its most famous resident.
This is one of our personal favourite wedding venues, offering a variety of options within the villa and the extensive grounds incorporating gardens, terraces and lawns with views of breathtaking beauty without ever losing a sense of intimacy and history. If you have a guest list of up to 70 then we recommend you consider this venue first.
Weddings at Vignamaggio can only be arranged by Love&Lord and we are only able to have a select number every year, so please book early.
This venue is one of hundreds that we can recommend for your wedding.
