Dario "The Butcher" Cecchini
Some of you may have heard rumour of the Michelangelo of Meat residing in deepest, darkest Chianti; a man under whose instruction Jamie Oliver learnt to perfect the art of the Bistecca Fiorentina (Florentine Beefsteak); a man whose well deserved world famous reputation for being the very best butcher has earned him fans such as Elton John.
Others of you haven't.
Either way, we have lured him out of his restaurant to come and show us that he has the goods to back up his incredible name, and prepare for us all a Boxing Day feast to remember. He will come to Vignamaggio to prepare a carnivorous banquet that will leave us all dreaming of his food for a lifetime.
